"The ambience of Sigtuna Hotell and the building itself was beautiful. The breakfast was nice. The room was good size and nice with a wonderful view over the lake. They simply didn't seem very content and not particularly service minded. That was definitely a weakness."

"Awesome beds, great food, great service, beautiful landscape but bad internet (wifi never worked) and no room service."

"I never been in such hotel in my life like it’s horrible washroom smells bad nothing there not even coffee or tea you have to buy everything window doesn’t have net on it no air conditioning too hot can’t open window because all the mosquitoes are in the room otherwise."
