Nice hotel at Estes Park.
Nice hotel at estes park. Nice view, quiet and peaceful. I was there 3 days with my husband, the cabin has a kitchen equipped, good and necessary kitchen utensils. The only thing I did not like was that during the 3 days stay there was no cleaning, additionally the cover on bed smelled like no wash fresh (dirty).

Estuvo muy relajado. Me gusto todo. Lo unico que mejoraria es que yo estaba en el piso de abajo y cada vez que arriba iban al baño me despertaban... mucho ruido con las tuberias de agua. Aparte de eso todo me encanto !

Todo muy bien.
Es un departamento de 1 recámara con sala, cocina equipada y balcón que tiene vista al río. Esta como a 3 km/h del pueblo que es pequeño pero está muy bonito. Fuimos en Enero y nos tocó ver nevar y el río con mucho hielo y nieve; además andaban venados. Lo recomiendo mucho. Solo deben estar atentos a los horarios para el check in.

Beautiful views, very comfortable bedding, great hot tub on premises, fireplace, kitchen. Perfect for what we were looking for! Friendly, available staff. Easy online check-in and check-out.

We loved our condo and the office staff was super-friendly! I wasn’t too crazy about the parking situation but other than that, this property was great! I would definitely stay here again!

I don’t care for the parking options to the entrance of the rooms by the river. We love staying there, the creek and the privacy. Noisy for the construction on the room next to ours but that kind of thing has to be done. We will return to this place in the future!

Great location. Right on the river. They made an error on my reservation, thankfully I called to check. The inside was clean but could use freshening up.

Nice stay. Our unit was very nice, but had a strong smoke smell. I guess from the fireplace. They brought us air freshener and an ozone machine but neither worked very good. We’ve stayed at several resorts on the Fall River in Estes Park. This was nice but like the river behind the resort better, not right on the highway like Woodlands.

The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The setting was beautiful, we could see and hear the river rushing by from our balcony, and access to Rocky Mountain National Park was extremely close and convenient.

Very easy check-in process. The condo was well-stocked, clean and spacious. Everything worked as it was supposed to. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Beautiful property near the park
Lovely location, close to the park. Beautiful view. All the rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable. Decor needs some updating. Also the sofa and recliner in the living room should’ve been retired about 10 years ago. The sofa was actually broken and the recliner seemed dangerously unsteady.

Estes Park is a beautiful setting for any occasion. Woodlands on Fall River continues that with the river view and sounds at its base, and mountain views above. We rented 3 suites and found them to be in excellent condition and well equipped. The staff we met were very nice and eager to help us with any questions we had. There's a grocery store near by any easy access in and out of town. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the Estes Park area.

The condo was clean and with a well equipped kitchen. WiFi and cable TV service were great. The view out the deck was beautiful. And it was quiet. Sometime recently the kitchen and bathroom vanity areas were updated and it was a shoddy job. There was no caulk between the backsplash and the counter in the kitchen - you could see thinset. The sheetrock work in the bath was poor and the wood trim unsealed. My wife got a sliver from the wood. Some linens were in poor shape and the non-stick pans were not. We expected more for the money.

The Woodlands gave you a feel of outdoors but with the convenience of being close to town. The stream out front had a wonderful sound to it at all times and the scenery across the stream and up the mountain was breath taking. We will definitely be back
