    Custom Comfort: Stay perfectly comfortable with individual thermostats in each room, allowing everyone to set the temperature to their liking.

    Outdoor Oasis: Relax on your large covered patio featuring a gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and front-row seats to the local elk and deer wandering by. (Note: The upper deck is for owner use; the lower patio is your private space!)

    Sleeping & Bath:

    Master Suite: Features a comfortable King bed, dresser, and large closet.

    Flexible Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds that can be converted into a King upon request.

    Living Area: Includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests total.

    Bathroom: A full bath featuring a large, modern walk-in shower.

    Kitchen & Laundry:

Our stay was amazing! Leah is so helpful and the property is beautiful! Close enough to town but quiet and peaceful. There is everything you need at this property. We saw elk from the porch and enjoyed smores in the evening. We will definitely be back!

Communication was excellent and listing was very accurate. Everything was super clean, and house was well equipped. We are a family of 6 with older teens and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We loved being able to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! To be honest, I think it was even nicer than the photos show. Leah, the manager, was very communicative in the days leading up to our stay and also while we were in Estes Park. The home was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. The house is slightly elevated, so it had beautiful views and there was always a nice breeze. We used the outdoor space a LOT, and it really added to our vacation. Without a doubt, we would stay here again!

the pictures shown for the property do not do justice for how good the property is. it's located at a very because scenic location and the room just has all the amenities. Also, Leah, our coordinator for the property, was very kind and helpful. she went an extra mile to make us feel hospitable

Very clean property that is a perfect location for RMNP and Estes Park. The host was very communicative and made the check in and out process great. The house has great amenities and views. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great place and close to everything!

We loved the little retreat. It was very clean and had everything we needed all organized and ready for us The owners were very helpful and friendly, and we're excited to visit the area again and to stay at the retreat again!

Just perfect

We loved the location, cleanliness, welcoming hosts, privacy, and amenities. It had everything we needed for a getaway with our 10mo old. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be coming back!

Spring break 2033

Best hosts ever, they had sleds they let us use, free passes to the mountain coaster and lots of information about Estes park. We highly recommend staying here.

The host, Leah, got us all of the information we needed ahead of the stay to quickly access the property. Once inside, the condo was very clean and matched the photos on the site. The location was great, still in town but with a bit of woodsy feel and wildlife! The checkout process was simple, too. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect place and everything was great! We came for Rooftop Rodeo and this location is very close to the rodeo. Plenty of room four adults and 2 under 5 children to stay. The owners Dick and Liz are great and very helpful in giving us tips on things to do. We are planning on staying here any on our next trip to Estes Park and will look forward to it.

Beautiful mountain escape

Property is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It is close to town and the national park. Great views. We would visit again. Wish we had more time here.

Perfect location and well appointed

Clean and wonderful property woth a great view and a short walk to the riverwalk. It has everything you need..highly recommend property manager was awesome
