Beautiful home and property. Fish pond and access to the creek made the whole stay for our kids. Only issue was staying in August - days were hot and there is no AC. Otherwise, perfect VRBO rental.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our three families. Each parent got a bedroom and the kids all roomed upstairs together. The treehouse in the back and all the land gave the kids plenty to do outside. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all our meals. We will definitely be returning!!

Family Fun Property

Great property with many activities for everyone. House and surroundings were great and our grandkids loved the tree house! Fly fishing in the back yard was excellent. Host provided games, hot tub ……An OVERALL SPECIAL PLACE.

Excellent venue to celebrate 50th anniversary!

This venue was a perfect location for our family of 10 from Kansas, Pennsylvania and Germany - ages 2 through 72 - to gather to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The river, fish pond, unique playhouse, and outdoor eating on the side porch all provided wonderful experiences for our family. Proximity to RMNP was also a positive. The host was responsive to our concerns with cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Charming home and beautiful property

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful riverfront, dining table on the porch overlooking the river, well stocked and sizable kitchen, nice bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Grandkids LOVED the adorable treehouse and ringing the dinner bell. Our time there will be a treasured memory.

Peaceful and Relaxing

The property was like an Oasis and located in the heart of Estes Park. Convenient to RNP and downtown. My wife forgot her shoes in the oversized Master Bedroom closet and the property management followed up quickly and was successful in the recovery. We highly recommend this property and will likely stay there again in the future.

Vacation Stay Perfection

Can’t say enough great words about this vacation property. Our family of 10 loved everything about the property!!! Feeding the pond fish daily was a hit with the 12,10,2 year grandkids. Fishing daily in the mtn stream for the adult men was thoroughly enjoyed. The BOSS TOSS was a HIT with everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed! (Very well stocked) In fact, the coffee pot wasn’t working, we notified the office and a brand new machine was delivered promptly!! The treehouse, games, toys, videos all a hit with the grandkids. The property was perfect location for easy access to Main Street Estes park and RMNP entrance. The sleeping & bathroom accommodations worked perfectly for our family. Everything we were expecting from listing description, the previous reviews and our answered questions was just as described!! Was pleasantly surprised the daily ELK that visited the property and mtn stream in front of the property. We LOVED the covered patio dining. This worked great for our family. We have zero complaints concerning this property or customer service we received. 100% recommend this property and we look forward to returning in the future!! Thank you!!

Great spot for big families

This was a big property with private pond and stream. No fishing in the pond; we had limited luck in the stream but still very fun. The house is big and rooms are spaced out with bathrooms adjoining all the rooms. We were all very comfortable. Easy drive to RMNP.

Great Property!

Great property with close proximity to town. Hot tub, tree fort, pond with fish to feed and privacy with areas to have a fire or relax by the river. Only reason we gave 4 stars is because the bedroom upstairs has plenty of toys but not great if you are a parent who needs to be near their children at all. It is an expansive bedroom with several twin sized beds and its own bathroom but, if you have a 4 year old or younger and want to sleep apart, it presents a challenge. There is a steep staircase to the 2nd floor. We will be back in a few years once the kids grow up!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This was our first time to stay at a vrbo, and while we would occasionally take an outing we were most content staying put. We arrived at night and were so looking forward to the sun coming up in the morning so we could explore the outdoors. And trust us it did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the river as well as walking in it. In the evenings deer would walk down to the river in this very tranquil setting. Our last day after preparing breakfast and dinner we went outside to the side porch to eat. Beside the door that leads to the fish pond we grabbed the container of fish food on our way to the pond. We enjoyed watching the fish eating and were entertained endlessly and we are 4 adults! The night sky viewing was incredible every night. Basically we were 2 minutes from downtown and had fun exploring the little shops. We were pleasantly surprised that the coffee shop had a very large pond outside and this is where we chose to eat our breakfast. The children enjoyed feeding dried corn kernels to the ducks and geese. After breakfast we walked to the rock shop and this place was huge and yes we purchased beautiful rocks. All in all we absolutely LOVED our stay and did not want to leave. Our hosts were awesome to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again - check out this property so you too can enjoy your “little slice of heaven!
