Well equipped kitchen. Appreciated shampoo, conditioner, etc. Appreciated baggies and foil. Ice maker was terrible. No tv in the living room?!?! No garage access.

Our stay at the Gathering Place felt like home. Very accommodating for our multi-generational family to spread out, and to gather.The well-equipped kitchen and main living room area are exceptionally awesome, with expansive windows giving us views of the woods, wildlife and mountains. We witnessed elk, deer and turkeys pass through the property every day. Enjoyed the large deck and new grill. The hot tub was an added bonus.Located in a nice, walkable neighborhood, we were a convenient distance from downtown EP and RMNP.Our host, Sara, was very receptive to our needs.We can't wait to return!P.S. Upon your arrival you may be greeted by a bull elk lounging in the front yard. We were!!

Great place to stay near Rocky Mountain National Park. We thought house was more in the mountains but was in a quite neighborhood with Elk everywhere. We all had a great experience.

A wonderful property and a wonderful location. The house was very clean and the different levels with living areas worked well with our multigenerational family. The best part of our stay was the wildlife! We saw deer, baby deers, elk, baby elk and wild turkeys, all while sitting on our deck! Incredible stay and I would highly recommend this home.

Mountain Home with all the modern comforts

We came as large family: Grandparents, Adult kids, Grandchildren. Large, comfortable home with floor to ceiling windows showing views of the woods and mountains. Elk and deer came through yard as we sat on upper balcony. Neighborhood nice and safe for morning and evening walks. Would recommend.

ESTES HIDDEN GEM

The place is exactly as listed! Very large home with lots of gathering places to play games and watch tv. Kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was perfect!! The bed was extremely comfortable. Close to town. Sara went above and beyond to provide lots of restaurants, shopping places, and activity ideas. Just a home away from home! Would definitely recommend

Everything we wanted

The house was perfect for our family and small children. The boys, ages 4 and 3, played outside on the rocks and among the trees. We saw deer through the window every day, as well as turkeys and rabbits. Great neighborhood to walk in, and the house was great for our extended family. Would definitely recommend!

RMNP Trip

Sara was fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and they had plenty of amenities available. The location is an easy drive to RMNP. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

AMAZING!

This property was absolutley amazing! Great location. Spacious and clean. Wild life all around. The hot tub was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable. Everyone in our party was flabbergasted on how perfect it was! No one wanted to leave. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful & spacious

My first impression of the Condo when I first walked into the Condo was breathtaking. Wow! Beautiful! The different levels was great for all the family. The grand windows made the Condo even more spectacular. It was the best Christmas ever especially when it began to snow Christmas Eve. The beauty of Estes park was a winter wander land. The Condo was equipped with everything you would need. Thank you Sara for being a wonderful host.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

Wonderful home for family vacation. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of room to spread out on 3 levels. Linens high quality, enjoyed hot tub, used grill and excellent gas cooktop. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, lots of wildlife. Appreciated the proximity to the grocery store, Estes park visitor center and Estes Lake. Close to entrance to the Rocky Mt National Park. Family already talking about visiting again

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped home.

Excellent location close to Main Ave of Estes Park. Very nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates,cups decent knives. They have provided pretty much everything that you may need, Beautiful home, very comfortable with nice outdoor space and excellent hot tub too!

Convenient to Parks

Here with friends for 3 days of fly fishing. Very convenient to good rivers and downtown Estes Park. The house was very spacious and set up for groups having their own space on different floors. Owners have the place well equipped and comfortable. They clearly take pride in creating a wonderful environment.

Beautiful place!

This lovely property is great for up to eight people -- a large family or some friends. There is plenty of space to spread out, with three different sitting areas. Close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The property manager was very responsive by email. The hot tub broke just before got there, sadly, but the manager worked on getting it fixed and gave us a refund of part of our fees.

Wonderful weekend

Spacioius, clean, yet cozy property not far from downtown Estes Park. Very well organized - communications were helpful prior to the stay, and getting there and getting in was easy. In a pretty development on a mountainside, very quiet at night. No walking trails or sidewalks but there isn't a lot of traffic on the streets so we saw a few walkers. Cleanup tasks were not onerous. Hot tub was pleasant. A/C was advertised but when we were there it was not available, also not needed. Perhaps there are portable units provided when necessary. There are a few stairs from the main living/dining area up or down to the sleeping areas - so not accessable to wheelchairs. All in all very nice and we would stay there again.
