Rocky Mountain National Park is approximately 7 minutes away, making early trail starts and scenic drives easy. Downtown Estes Park is about 10 minutes from the home, with restaurants, shops, cafés, and the riverwalk all within a short drive.

Wildlife is common throughout the Estes Park area and may be seen near the property. Please admire animals from a safe distance, never approach or feed them, and keep food secured indoors.
