We had a fantastic stay at this guest house in Estes Park. Violet was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed to be comfortable. One of the best parts of this location is how close it is to Rocky Mountain National Park. It made it very quick and easy to get in and out of the park for hiking and exploring. As an added bonus, we saw deer outside the house every evening, which made the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was such a nice house to stay in to take a break from the real world for a couple of days. It was a little cold for hiking but we had a great time relaxing in the house, making use of the Switch, board games, and cooking supplies! We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Such a great, cozy spot and we would love to go back soon!

Just what we were looking for! We needed a few days to relax and refresh and this home checked all the boxes.Good location, comfortable beds/bedding, tea kettle, coffee & hot chocolate pods, and overall " good feel" of the home. With the cold weather, the robes & slippers for the hot tub were a treat, as was the little fireplace!We will keep this one on our list!

One of the best we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean, organized, great instructions. Low demands for check out. Very comfortable beds and lovely views. Lots of perks-coffee and tea bar, great appliances and hot tub. Hope to stay again!

Violet was very communicative (but not in a pushy way, she was just right) about the whole experience. The check-in was easy, swift, and nothing was left to be desired. The well laid out house easily suited our quiet getaway for five adults. It was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the hot tub was a perfect way to finish long days checking out the park and town.

Very impressive property with private hot tub. This was a very nice getaway and the property was huge. 3 beds and 3 baths. Very cozy. It was nice to unwind in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The house was also well stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I stay in Estes Park!

It’s a great location to RMP ! We also hiked the mountain behind - that’s no joke ! The place having its own Hottub was great after all day hiking It’s got everything you need which is great since it’s nice to not have to buy salt pepper etc Wildlife was great outside ! Close to things in town but we found less busy restaurants that were awesome

What a perfect getaway. Perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had there own space. The hot tub is absolutely amazing, showroom condition and had a variety of jet packs that felt amazing after a long day in the car. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we wished for was a griddle for pancakes and maybe leave a hot sauce or two in the fride.Host was super accommodating, let us know when it was available which ended up being almost 2 hours early. Quick to communicate and super kind.

Very cute house. The beds were comfortable, hot tub was so clean and relaxing! Close to RMNP entrance made it so easy to go through the park multiple times! Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is you get a bit of traffic from the neighboring cabins but not terrible.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything about it was perfect-location, cleanliness & amenities.The host has gone above & beyond in providing anything that you could possibly need. This home is absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic… close to RMNP entry and so close to all that Estes Park has to offer. The front porch is a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings — so quiet and such beautiful views. The house has EVERYTHING you need… kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc…even spices, and bathrooms have all you need… hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. The grill is super clean and has all needed utensils. And there’s even a Nintendo Switch and passes for the alpine coaster for some family fun! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect RMNP spot!

We enjoyed four nights in July right outside of RMNP. The house is perfectly located to get into the park or Estes Park. My wife commented midway through the trip the house "set the standard for what a perfect VRBO should be" and I couldn't agree more. Everything was well appointed and the Nintendo Switch and coaster passes were a nice bonus. Couldn't recommend it more!

Great stay just outside Rocky Mountain NP!

Loved our stay here while we were visiting Rocky Mountain NP with our family. Perfect location just 5 minutes from entrance to park, and also close to downtown Estes Park shops and restaurants. The house was very clean, amenities were nice, we loved the hot tub and also seeing the hummingbirds every morning on the front porch! Great selection of books to read and an electric fireplace with cozy spots to read in the family room. Easy communication with the host of the property too! Thanks so much!

Trip to the park

This property is very nice. Violet corresponds quickly and the house is well equiped. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking in the park, and you cant get much closer to the enterance of the park without camping. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation rental

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean and provided many essentials not always found in rental properties. The location was excellent. It is very close to the entry of RMNP and close to town but it doesn’t feel that way. We felt like we were secluded from the town even though it was minutes away. I would definitely recommend this property. The proximity to the park made it a perfect place to visit the park. It allowed us to quickly enter in the morning and re-enter the park in the evening for a drive to view the sunset and wildlife.
