Cozy Cabin Adventure
The cabin was in a great location. It was rustic and cozy. We loved having the hot tub on the patio and the large family room. There is lots of furniture to fit a group of 6 comfortably. The property managers were very quick to respond to messages. The walk to town is about 5 minutes and the entrance to Rocky Mountain Park is a quick 5 minute drive.

Estes Park Cottage
The cottage was very nice and clean. Within walking distance to town!! Which is excellent!! The property management was excellent! Only issue I had is the one bed(low mattress) was very uncomfortable! Really needs to be replaced.

Great spot, walking distance from town
This lovely little mountain home made getting around Estes Park a nearly car-free experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Such a nice experience!

The home is very rustic… floors are uneven that’s adds to the charm… I only have one request for summer stays… add the option of a portable ac unit… the home gets warm inside…

Lovely and quiet but close to everything
The cabin was roomy and had plenty of seating options - 2 futons, a rocker and a love seat, plus a kitchen table although we ate outside on the deck every night. It was so nice being able to do laundry and hop into the hot tub each night. Everything was clean and in good condition. The host really thought of everything - lots of nice touches and it had everything we needed! Host was very responsive too if we ever had questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great location to stores
This property was very clean inside. It had everything that was needed for our 4 day stay. When we pulled up I was disappointed to see the paint was peeling off the house and the grass was knee high. After talking to some of the neighbors I found out that no one in this neighborhood mows their grass, there are poppy flowers mixed in. It was actually in a very cute, quiet location. I would stay again if i go back to Estes Park. You can see the Stanley Hotel from the front deck.

Quick Stay
We had a quick stay to get out of town for Mother's Day. We had a great time, it was way more spacious than the listing made it seem. Hot tub was nice at night. Place was clean.

Great little cabin
Overall our stay was great. Location was great, cabin was clean, hot tub worked and our bed was fairly comfortable. Bed in front bedroom was not comfortable and should be replaced. Parking was a guessing game and inaccurate from the website (2 spaces) to what is in the cabin (4 spaces) with no clear direction where to park (front or back). The entire property was covered in snow so it made it very difficult to know where to park.

Great location near downtown estes park,the house is equipped with everything you needed.
This property is perfect for small families, I highly recommend this house,it has washer and dryer wich is perfect I you are staying over 5 days,super clean,beds are ok big living room easy to check in and out.

Cozy Cabin
This is a nice little property in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of town. Also, the cabin is equipped with the basic items for preparing and enjoying a meal. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions.

Enjoyed our stay
The cabin was spotlessly clean. Large living room with plenty of windows to let in the light. Fully equipped kitchen. My wife loved the dishes as we have the same set at home. Good sized bedrooms. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. We didn't use the hot tub or grill but enjoyed sitting on the patio. Quiet neighborhood. If you're young and fit you can walk down the hill into town, but be warned walking back is all uphill. Being neither young nor fit, my wife and I drove down to town and didn't have trouble parking. We enjoyed staying in the cabin and after only a couple of days it felt like home. I do have one suggestion for the manager/owner - in one bedroom, slats are missing from both blinds and let in a lot of light. Those type of blinds are cheap and replacing them won't be much of an expense. Overall, we would like to stay in this cabin again when we return to Estes Park.

Pretty good!
This was a nice place to stay. Pros: -Hot tub -Washer & dryer -Grill -Walking distance to coffee shops, bars, stores, & restaurants -Two comfy beds & one comfy futon -Responsive manager -Prompt & friendly maintenance man Cons: -Patio chairs aren't usable due to straps being broken -One futon has a rod down the middle so you can't sleep on it

Don't Judge a Book by its Cover
The outside appearance of the cabin is very misleading. The inside was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a hot tub which was much needed after long hikes. We would stay here again.

Very Rustic But Charming
This cabin is in fact a Colorado cabin and not a 5 star chalet. It is very rustic but charming like your grandmothers farm house or moutain cabin. The layout is great and the kitchen was very funtional and updated and clean. The view is great it looks over the Twin Owls and Stanley Hotel. The location really is great. It is close to the center of town and still far enough off the beaten path that is feels private. I hope to stay there again

We are sorry the hot tub was off line. The pump has been ordered and is scheduled to be replaced on 3-24-22.

Great location/ok property
The proximity to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park makes this place awesome. However, it could use some refreshers. When you first pull up, it's pretty underwhelming. The outside could really use some TLC. Neighbors are very close. We didn't end up using the hot tub because it just felt too exposed. One window in a bedroom needs fixing. The screen is completely broken. We had a fine stay. It served its purpose. Just don't expect anything super nice.

We are updating the exterior once the busy season passes. We do not want to disrupt guests during their stay.

Estes & RMNP right at your fingertips!
Great location. Close to everything - touristy downtown Estes and remote Rocky Mountain National Park! We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, comfy furnishings, hot tub and great views of the twin owls. Everything was clean. Definitely recommend! Don't be fooled by the not-flashy exterior and somewhat outdated interior - it's a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountains of Colorado.

On the positive side, this property is convenient located just minutes from RMNP and downtown Estes. Our fav part of the house was the living area and jacuzzi. This property does need some TLC on the outside. A thorough deep cleaning of the carpet and couches is recommended. I

A shade above primitive camping.
Of coarse as the saying goes.... a picture is worth a thousand words. And after physically seeing this place. My word is.... " total lack of appeal..... But.... it's got a "Hot Tub!" That we didn't even use because it had no fence for at least some since of privacy. Also the pictures did not indicate how close in proximity the neighbors are.. in which are literally within "Feet" from the property ..... Especially the woman living in the Doghouse in the rear driveway. That would seem to appear within minutes of our arrival from an excursion. That aloan was " very bothersome and left us wondering ??? What is she up to? One evening we decided to use the outdoor patio or deck that was about to collapse.. which the place does have a grill " A George Foreman Grill"! Carpet throughout was stained! Beds were cheap and wore out! Every seat cushion on each piece of furniture was shot!

Your hyperbolic response is a bit "overstated:. "Doghouse" ? I believe you are referring to the studio home next door. The downtown area of Estes Park is not as wide open as other areas of town which is why it is referred to in the listing as "downtown".

Cozy Cabin with a Hot Tub
We has a fabulous time at this cabin! A perfect location: 7 min drive to RMNP, a 7 min walk to Downtown Estes. The hot tub was clean and such a treat after hiking and exploring. The interior was clean, cozy and had everything that we needed. The property manager was friendly and responsive. 5 stars, we hope to stay again. Perfect home base for your adventure. We will be back!

Location, location, location
Overall, this place isn’t bad; the best thing about it is it’s location, walkable to everything in downtown Estes Park. The house has a rustic cabin feel which is appropriate and just what we were looking for, there was an ice maker, which was a nice plus, the bedding was clean and smelled fresh. There were some things we didn’t like which might be fine for other people. The biggest issue was a mouse in the house. Steve was great to bring sticky traps out first night, but this mouse was too smart. I understand mice happen, but the darn thing kept me up at night scurrying around. While the house in in decent shape, it could use some love. The stick-on tile by the entrance is coming up and we tripped on it several times. The shrubs need to be trimmed, we had to move them aside to get past them to enter the unit, there is some trash/junk on the porch and around the property. The outside furniture was too dirty to sit on which was a bummer because the views were gorgeous. Lastly, the checkout instructions were a lot of work compared to other places we’ve stayed out. We wish I would have known we’d be expected to remove linens, wash the towels, do the dishes and put them all away before reserving.

Rough Gem
Pictures say it all, photos are in urgent need of updating. We were late planners on our trip to the Rockies. Lucky we found a place to stay! Super clean but very dated. If you are one for view's while staying at a location full of views this place is not for you. We thought we had the wrong place... surely there would not be a broke down dump truck in the yard! Bushes overgrowing the step to the door. But there was. Around the corner from town is a plus.

Great location, needs some tlc.
Photos aren’t updated, kitchen flooring is pulling up, deck flooring has nails sticking out and uneven. I couldn’t figure out which place it was either when we pulled in as there is multiple of the same house numbers and of course my cell phone internet didn’t work well out there (not their issue at all). The bushes are over grown so can’t really see the front door, two old grills laying out and a chair thrown off the deck too and doesn’t look well kept at all. Inside the beds were okay, living room was big, small kitchen. Dryer took two cycles to dry clothes, so don’t wait till the last min. Garbage bin we couldn’t even put out garbage into bc it was full so we had to leave it in the house. I did notify the Mgr and he acknowledged and was going to let the owners know. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great location if going to the Rockies, only a few miles away.
