We loved the house and location! So close to the YMCA property where we had a conference, and easy to get into town! It was great that all rooms have king beds…not a bad room in the house.

This house was so comfortable for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend oiling some squeaky door hinges and door knobs, and we could not get the grill to work. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Excellent condition, all amenities, super quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the back deck a lot. Say a few bull elk 30 feet from the deck, and they had the biggest racks imaginable.

We will be renting here again!

Just a great property all around. Hiking is always amazing and super helpful property mgmt even on a holiday. We have been coming to Aspen Brook for 25 years.

Great family getaway

We loved the house. It’s comfortable, roomy and has a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed walking to the river and our little granddaughter loved the playground. Hope to return soon!

WONDERFUL Home!

We really enjoyed this home! What we especially liked was the layout...everyone had their own space. It was close to everything including the park entrance. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We all said that we would like to take this home with us everywhere where we vacation!

Great Vacation Getaway

This was our first time at this property. We go to Estes Park every summer for a staycation. This property provided a cabin feel with plenty of space for everyone. The views of the mountains were an added bonus! We will definitely be back again!

So great

Loved this home. Loved being close to RMNP which gave us more time in the park and less in the car in traffic in Estes. We found a great restaurant with delicious drinks and food which we had never been to before. The house gave us space for all to have time away from the group and wonderful gathering spaces for our together times.

Nice place for RMNP vacation

Nice place clean and good mgmt. Only negative is the deck is scary high since this property is on a steep slope. We didnt feel comfortable letting kids out.

Great place in a wonderful location!

The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back in the action. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family!

We needed a place for 3 nights at the last minute and were very pleased to find this property. It was absolutely perfect for 3 generations. The kitchen was well equipped - especially with spices. The living area was comfortable and inviting - the eating area was a place where we shared good meals and conversations, and the views from the deck were amazing. I especially loved sitting outside at night and looking up at the sky. This is a wonderful house and we would return in a heartbeat.
