We aim to provide every guest with an exceptionally clean condo in a beautiful location, we are glad to hear you enjoyed those things.We heavily advertise that we do not have air conditioning in our units and we sent you documents prior to your stay with this disclaimer. Most properties in Estes Park do not have A/C. We are sorry your husband got sick. Several travelers experience altitude sickness traveling to high elevations. We hope he feels better soon!
