Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The pictures are true to what you see when you walk in the door, no surprises. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We loved how close it was to downtown and to go to the National Park!

House was perfect for what we needed which was a home base for attending a friends wedding and to explore the National Park. Unfortunately did not take advantage of the hot tub but the amenities of the house were appreciated.

The views from the deck are outstanding! The house has a lot of space! Could have been a bit cleaner and several lights were burned out. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the main floor. One bathroom is in the basement. It's a quick walk to town which is really nice!

Those beds throughout the house were so comfortable and cozy. The home was well stocked with dishes and necessities in every room. My family had a great stay and if we ever come ba k to Estes, CO this is our only option to stay at. Only negative is there were so many board games but most were missing some or all the pieces. We played a lot of cards.

We stayed 4 nights and spent much of our time in the Park and enjoying Estes. It was lovely to come back to the house and nice deck each day, and we especially enjoyed the proximity to downtown. We grilled one night - we were so thrilled to have a working grill! The hot tub was very clean and fun - although as spelled out in the details - there were no stripped towels or special cups that were specifically for the hot tub, so hopefully we used the correct ones as this seemed of importance. Also, all but one bathroom was shared (not private with each bedroom), which was not clear in the description. Neither of these things were problems for us, but overview could be clearer. That said, we would not hesitate to return. We had a fantastic time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Overlook. It was very convenient location to walk around town. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the mornings and evenings taking in the beautiful views. The home had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to our questions and requests.

We loved our stay with Dowtown Overlook for a family friend's wedding. The home is spacious, with room for all 7 of us ( 3 couples and 1 single person.) We enjoyed the big kitchen, nice hot tub. And we loved the home's cleanliness. Lots of nice little details; nice towels, clean sheets, liquid soap by each sink plus little shampoo, conditioner & bar soaps.

Great home in a picturesque area!

The home was clean, spacious, and had enjoyable amenities! The check-in and check-out processes were clear, and we appreciated the binder full of local places to eat and activities to do. The home was in great proximity to Rocky Mountain National park and downtown Estes Park, making getting around a breeze. We loved seeing an Elk and its baby grazing their way through the backyard one evening. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great last minute stay

We had to book this trip last minute as the other property we had booked canceled due to some type of plumbing issue. The property was wonderful, had everything we needed, and was very close to town! It had a great back patio, so I have to imagine it would be even better in the summer!

Wedding 2025

Great house! We were there for 5 nights for our daughter’s wedding Jan 2025. We lost a set of keys so we had to look in couches and chairs. They were in need of vacuuming from previous renters. All else was super clean. The downstairs shower didn’t work. It wouldn’t keep us from renting again .

Winter Hiking Getaway

Really nice home with all the amenities. Beds were really comfortable. Downstairs basement was a nice gathering place to watch football games. Good TV! Love the radiant floor heat system they have. Very close to Estes Park town to walk to. Near RMN Park as well. Only two concerns; there was a water leak from upstairs bathroom that leaked into kitchen so we turned off the water to that toilet and couldnt use it for duration. Also a number of faucets were loose (ie kitchen and other bathrooms). The only other comment was communication with property manager was poor. Had to remind them to send us entry code and also they did not respond very quickly to water leak report. We would still recommend the home for rental. Owner and property manager just need to make a few fixes and up their game a bit. Thank you for renting to us, we really enjoyed it.
