Lovely place!
This place was so cozy and sweet. One of our new favorite little spots. It’s quiet and easily accessible, which was really appreciated! The owners were great with communication and even offering some local spots to check out. Definitely will be staying here again our next time in Estes Park!

Cozy romantic cabin!
My wife and I had an amazing stay at Rustic Acre. We loved the fireplace and the couples jacuzzi and the location was perfect, we saw a giant herd of elk right before we checked in. The managers were friendly and accommodating, he told us activities to do and went above and beyond to bring us extra coffee creamer. Perfect stay for a couple. Thank you!!

Perfect cozy cabin for a winter get-away
We only spent one night in Estes Park. The cabin was so cozy. The bath facilities and the fire and the whole room was completely relaxing. Great coffee too.

Great Space and Location
Had a really great stay. Place was perfect size for two. The fireplace in the middle of the room was awesome, especially it’s proximity to the tub. It’s nestled in with a few other suites with a grill and fire pit just outside the door. Perfect for what we needed.

Stayed for a few nights while visiting RMNP and Estes, worked great for what we needed. Only thing I would change would be to add AC, otherwise is was great.

Unscheduled Vacation!
We had no idea we were going to stay in Estes Park, but circumstances changed and we found Rustic Acres! Brandon was very easy to deal with and we got to stay two nights. We would recommend this establishment to anyone and every one. Thanks for saving our Vacation.

Comfortable stay, good location
Comfortable and quaint cabin. Was a great location for day trips into Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts were very helpful and offered a lot of great information about the area. Would stay again.

Cute clean place near RMNF
Everything was real nice except there was no running water in the only sink in the house - the bathroom sink, and there were some crumbs or something under the bedspread. It was too late in the night, we felt, to ask for clean sheets so we dealt with it since we were there for only one night.

Lovely stay
Really enjoyed staying here. Vaulted ceiling made the small footprint seem open and the stained glass room divider was beautiful. Jacuzzi was nice. Wood and tile floors perfect and our puppers were quite comfortable.

Nice little cottage(?) A studio with a large bathroom. The two sided fireplace is very kool. And gives out amazing heat! Very comfortable bed:) A note; very nice to have a microwave & coffee maker, there is no silverware or utensils. BYOSpoon, LOL

Cute little rental perfect for a single person or couple. My dog loved hanging out with us, and the side yard was great for bathroom breaks. Also the Jacuzzi tub is great for long lazy baths.

We stayed one night here for my husbands birthday and it was wonderful! A little hard to find entry from the main road but once we found it, it was awesome! The jacuzzi tub was just what we needed after a long day! It was cozy and quiet. Great stay!

Comfortable and relaxing
Easy communication with property owner prior to booking and very easy booking. Property has easy access to Estes Park…5 minutes from everything. Assigned parking so you always have a spot very close to your unit. Our stay was over the Thanksgiving holiday and we enjoyed Rustic Acres very much.

Not quite what I expected.
This was a cute little bungalow. We arrived very late at night, difficult to find in the dark, and after texting the owner, we got minimal help with directions. Considering they state live on site, it could have been helpful if they popped out with a flashlight and gave some assistance with directions. There was 1 (ONE) complete set of towels in the unit. For 2 (two) of us. We did fill out the questionnaire ahead of time, stating 2 of us were coming. It was roughly 40 degrees in town when we arrived, and the baseboard heat in the unit was not turned on, we were instructed to do that ourselves, and oh by the way, 2 windows had been left open, so it was fairly cold inside and took quite a bit to warm up with 2 baseboard heaters. The 2 sided fireplace IS NOT IN OPERATION. There is a “plug in fireplace type space heater.” The jacuzzi tub was nice and large, however, the tub is in an open concept space, only partitioned off by the none functioning 2 sided fireplace and a decorating stained glass art piece. The tub area was freezing cold! The toilet is enclosed in it’s own little closet space. With one of the 2 baseboard heaters, so that area cooks. The only running water is the bathroom sink, or jacuzzi tub. But have fun filling up the Keurig coffee pot! To be fair, I knew there was no kitchen faucet, but the rest was quite a surprise. Checked in at 10 pm, was out by 7:15 am. Too pricey for what you get. Nice area, close to the RMNP, but not what I expected at all.

Cute place, but fireplace didn't work
This was a cute suite, the location was close to downtown Estes on a main street and there was plenty of parking. We were disappointed to find out the fireplace did not work once we checked in even though it is advertised as having a fireplace. The owners did offer us a discount on our next booking at the property.

Much needed vacation
We’ve been to Estes Park many times but chose Rustic Acre for a different location. It’s very close to downtown and convenient to entrance of RMNP. The Sundance cabin was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great property! We would love to stay here again
Great location! Short drive to RMNP and even found a side road to skip the traffic in town. Our last morning we saw elk on the property and a golden eagle. Great place for couples and they have larger units for families. The Sundance suite was all that we needed for a few nights. The jacuzzi tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The property is extremely quiet and well kept. Owners live onsite and that made us comfortable staying here, knowing they are right there if you need anything, but give you your privacy otherwise. We would recommend this property and would happily stay here anytime.

Amazing New Years weekend!
The property was AMAZING! If you are looking for a couples getaway, I would look no further than this spot. The open yet still cozy format between the living space and bathroom was one of my favorite aspects. We had a slight issue with the fireplace (happens all the time so no biggie) and Jason made sure to make it right! Would love to come back again this summer.

Relaxing Stay
We loved staying in the Sundance. Everything was as described, the fireplace was our favorite part! We woke up one morning with elk all around the property! It was amazing to see. This place was convenient to downtown, we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay
This little place had everything we needed. The wifi was great which was really needed given we had to work a bit. Accommodations were comfortable and the location was close to everything in Estes.
