Buena estancia. Casa agradable

En general todo bien. La comunicación con Nadine ha sido muy buena. La casa es muy agradable con estancias amplias y un cenador con piscina agradable. La playa no tienen un acceso directo y no es una playa recomendable para niños. En general todo bien.

Wunderschönes Haus mit geräumigen Zimmern (alles auf einer Ebene), überdachter Terasse und riesigem Gartenbereich mit großem Pool. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Nadine beim Check in und Check out war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Zwischendurch hat sie nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Ort Atalaya Isdabe hat wenig Charme, bietet aber Einkaufsmöglichkeit (gut sortierter Aldi) und zumindest zwei gute Restaurants in 15 Gehminuten Entfernung. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, es handelt sich allerdings um einen Naturstrand mit steinigem Uferbereich. Guter Ausganspunkt für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Marbella und Esteponia (30 Autominuten). Ronda im Bergland ist ebenfalls sehr schön (1 Stunde). Insgesamt war das für uns als ein sehr schöner Urlaub, falls wir wiederkommen, gehen wir sehr gerne wieder in dieses Haus.

Schönes Haus und gerne wieder

Das Haus ist schön und alle Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer) sind sehr groß! Highlights sind der beheizte Pool (bei uns waren es 27-29C) und der Whirlpool (max. 37C).Das Haus ist und die Besitzer (Nadine und Marc) sind sehr kinderfreundlich. In der Garage gab es Spielzeug für den Strand und im Pool.Die Kommunikation mit Nadine und Marc war vor der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes nett und problemlos. Egal welches Thema besprochen wurde, die Antwort kam rasch und es wurde schnell geklärt.Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ist aber ein reiner Naturstrand! Es gibt keine Promenade für gemütliche Spaziergänge. Wer Steine (direkt am ersten Abschnitt) oder Sand (etwa 300m Richtung Estepona) mag, kommt trotzdem auf seine Kosten.Pool und Garten sind gepflegt. Und die Einfahrt auch für Hochdachcombies (z. B. VW Caddy) geeignet. Beim Rein- und Rausfahren ist Vorsicht geboten. Zum einen ist eine Hoteleinfahrt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum anderen wird die gegenüberliegende Straßenseite gerne zugeparkt.Dem Haus merkt man an, dass es 10 Jahre von Nadine, Marc und deren Kindern bewohnt und anschließenden vermietet wurde. Beim Gespräch hatte mir Nadine jedoch gesagt, dass sie bereits angefangen haben alles nach und nach zu renovieren. Die ersten Renovierungen konnten wir bereits feststellen. Die Aussage wirkt daher glaubwürdig.Schön ist, dass das Haus 3 Terrassen (am Wohnzimmer, auf dem Dach und zwischen zwei Schlafzimmer) hat. So kann man je nach Wetter und Hitze en

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in September. The place was very clean and spacious. Nadine (the landlady) couldn't have been more accommodating. The description of the villa entirely matched that as described on the Vrbo website. I would 100% return to this villa next time I choose to holiday in the area. Super Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber, absolut empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Unterkunft hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Einziger kleiner "Makel" ist, dass der nahegelegene Strandabschnitt nicht sehr schön ist, aber per Auto sind andere schöne Sandstrände leicht erreichbar. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Gorgeous hideaway on the Costa del Sol

The house is great place to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine! The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. Our plane was delayed by several hours and we didn’t arrive until 1 AM. Nadine still met us on arrival. She was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We paid to have the pool heated and it was glorious. The pool was designed for adults, it’s deep enough for tall people to enjoy! The outdoor lounge area is the perfect place to have your morning coffee and commune with the parrots. An overall great experience!

Fantastic villa, fantastic experience!

As soon as we drove in we loved it! Secluded, private with fab facilities … loved the pool and hot tub. Roof terrace a joy and a sheltered place to chill. So many seating areas. Inside was immaculate with everything you could wish for kitchen wise and lovely bedrooms with aircon. We ate out every night and didn’t have anything less than a great meal all accessed by good value Uber. Nadine was super helpful with everything, nothing was too much trouble. Right up there with our top holiday villa experiences ever!

Very comfortable villa from the beds to the outside seating areas. Well equipt. Magnificent en suite in the master bedroom. Within walking distance of shops and some great restaurants. The very private garden is beautiful. We chose to have the pool heating which kept the temperature at a divine 29 to 30 degrees.

Wonderful villa!

We loved staying at this villa! It had everything we needed for a great vacation! The pool and patio area were wonderful! Plenty of lounge chairs, pool towels, and space at the tables for eating, playing cards, etc. Really comfortable outdoor couch and chairs covered with clean cotton throws - perfect place for reading or napping! The kitchen had everything we needed, including cooking staples, coffee pods, hand towels, glasses and dishes. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked beautifully. We alternated day trips (Casares, Ronda, Granada, Tarifa, Malaga, Old Estepona) with”home”/pool days and were always happy to have a day chilling/swimming at the villa. You can walk to a great breakfast place, and a couple other restaurants and bars. The Aldi grocery store is walkable but we always drove the 5 minutes. There is a beach you can walk to, but it doesn’t have loungers/umbrellas for rent (a must in July!). There are a few there but they are for guests of the nearby hotel (you could probably use them but we had 6 people). Just a short drive (10/15 mins) away is La Soldana, which is wonderful - nice chairs/umbrellas for rent ($25/person/day), plus a restaurant and restrooms. A waiter comes around to the beach loungers so you can have your drinks and some menu items delivered right to your lounger. We also loved Tarifa beach (about an hour away) on the Atlantic side. The villa’s clothes washer & dryer were much appreciated! I would absolutely stay in this lovely villa again! 😊

Great house for family reunion

My 2 adult children with their spouse met my husband and myself at the Estepona Villa. The house was as advertised. Spacious with a pool, hot tub, yard for Henry and full kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating. Wonderful house.

Great stay, September 2022

Nadine is a great host, communication always accurate, quick and easy. The villa itself has every facility and amenity you could hope for. It is very private with walls, electric gates and fantastic planting/mature trees giving that feeling of seclusion. There is loads of space both inside and out. Inside is spacious and airy, outside has a great covered providing shade from the sun, very Caribbean in appearance. The roof terrace allowed us to enjoy an evening 'sundowner' whilst being entertained by the neighbourhood parrots! The pool and hot tub were put to good use. The most perfect stay.

We had the most perfect stay at this lovely villa. Nadine was a fantastic host. There was great communication and she was super helpful and on hand for our daft questions and resturant recommendations. She also really kindly picked up some groceries for us for when we arrived (thank you). The villa itself is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are big, there are plenty of towels and all the kitchen bits and pieces it’s often annoying are missing in a rental are there. The pool, garden and solarium are great for days in and really added to our the stay. The location really worked for us with a couple of easy places to walk to and some beautiful restaurants just a short taxi ride away. (We also did an online shop for all the essentials which worked well). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nadines place and hope to return some time too.

Fabulous villa

Gorgeous, relaxing villa with fabulous garden and jacuzzi. We loved the outdoor relaxing areas and enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace which catches the morning sun. The outdoor sofas and hammocks are all comfortable and relaxing and the lounge area inside provides plenty of seating. It is very spacious inside and Nadine was a helpful and responsive host.

Erholsame Ferien in Marbella

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage mit drei Kindern in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir erst spät ankamen, war sie extra für uns einkaufen. Der Pool war sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Vielen Dank!
