The Apartment: The apartment has been tastefully furnished with a Scandinavian modern style. The freshness of a newly built luxury home, combined with the sunny and colorful environment, makes up for a perfect Andalusían vacation dream.
Emphasizing bright, light, and open spaces with enough room to move and breathe within them, the living space provides guests with visual elements like clean lines and white space which evoke a sense of calm and capacity. It features a plush sofa and side chair. It also features a wall-mounted TV so guests can enjoy some movie time together.
Patio doors provide access to a nice, sunny terrace with stunning sea views. A BBQ is provided to go with the alfresco dining setup which seats six and a lounge area.
The fully fitted open plan kitchen comes with high-end appliances and all cooking needs and essentials that even the most demanding of chefs would love. The indoor dining also seats six, so guests have two options where to indulge the homey meals or enjoy an afternoon tea or coffee.
The apartment features three bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom which features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a well lit mirrored vanity meanwhile the other bedrooms shares a fully equipped bathroom.
On top of that, the vacation home is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, two recreational areas, swimming pools, and there is plenty of space to park your car at.

The Neighborhood
The location is ideal, walking distance from a wide range of amenities in the charming village of Cancelada, the golden beaches of the western side of Marbella and close to several golf courses. These highly desirable unique residences are part of an exclusive gated complex and part of five brand new contemporary residential developments that will become ‘the heart of Cancelada’ on Estepona’s New Golden Mile.
Less touristy than its larger neighbors, residents of all nationalities are attracted by the relaxed peaceful atmosphere and easy access to a number of beautiful nearby beaches – conveniently accessed via the footbridge in Cancelada.
You will be living next to the New Golden Mile which is one of the most sought-after stretches of the Costa del Sol, known for its top facilities and beautiful beaches. It’s also ideal for golf aficionados: neighbouring Los Flamingos, Cancelada Golf Club, Tramores Golf Club, La Resina Golf Country Club.
The New Golden Mile is also conveniently close to its famous neighbour – Puerto Banús. Within 10 minutes you could be celebrity spotting in the marina, shopping in designer boutiques or sampling one of the many waterside restaurants. Then when the sun goes down the nightclubs come to life. Other Things to Note: • The community pool is closed between 15 September - 15 April.
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
