The house is located in the heart of the city in a neighbourhood that welcomes families.The following amenities are provided in the accommodation: an elevator, a terrace, an iron, WiFi internet access, a hair dryer, a gym or fitness facility, central heating, air conditioning, a shared swimming pool, a garage in the same building and a single Tv.The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and freezer in addition to a washing machine, dishwasher, dishes & silverware, and kitchen utensils. Online check-in is mandatory due to Spanish law. Parties are strictly forbidden; the minimum age is 25. Families and couples only. Please be aware that a security deposit will be asked for, which will be refunded maximum 7 days after departure.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.

"Opening date: How to Access the Rooftop Pool

Take the elevator up to the rooftop level using the short key in the lift panel. Once you exit the elevator, use your regular key to unlock the door leading out to the terrace. Then, use your fob to open the final door to the pool area. Enjoy your swim and the view!

Pool Rules:

- The pool is open all year round from 10 am to 10 pm.

- Community pool rules are posted onsite and must always be followed. Non-compliance may lead to immediate removal.

- Glass items (bottles, glasses, plates, etc.) are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons.
