Frontline Estepona Penthouse Duplex With Private Roof Top Terrace & Shared pool

  • Our penthouse in the heart of Estepona has stunning sea views over the Med & towards Morocco. It has been refurbished and is beautifully decorated to the highest standards with clean modern lines to make the most of your comfort and the space. Over 120 sq.m interior, and over 100m of terraces. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 decorated terraces, one by the living room, and one on our private roof w/ dining area, shower, loungers and sunbeds. It has a shared pool & tennis on 5th floor. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi , IPTV, & Parking included. Fully air conditioned. 

    Only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property. On the lower floor, the beautifully decorated large living room and dining room has 180º views over the Med and a private small terrace with a lounge seating area.

    On this ground floor, we have 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king size bed , and a lovely relax area with a sofa which opens up as a bed, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

    The second bedroom is a twin with a second bathroom and walk in shower. The brand new kitchen has all high end Bosch appliances, dishwasher, washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

    The third bedroom is upstairs, has a queen size double bed and its own beautifully tiled Moroccan bathroom. It is located on the top floor with direct access to the private roof terrace.

    We have built extra cupboards so there is a lot of wardrobe space.

    While the apartment is all on one level , the duplex has a narrow spiral staircase to reach the roof and 3rd bedroom so if you are bringing children /people with mobility issues or older people they can stay in the lower floor.

    Please note it is a spiral staircase to go up to 3rd bedroom (as some people may find that uncomfortable) but there is a lower terrace which has stunning views.

    There is a large 60" curved smart HD TV with satellite TV (over 1000 channels) and movie channels, TV Series box sets, and for Netflix users.

    From the stunning roof terrace which has the most amazing views, you can dine al fresco, enjoy the outdoors & relax . It has been beautifully designed with terracotta tiles and a lounge area for 6 people. It is a very private and unique space where you can entertain and relax with the whole family.

    The building has its own roof top pool & tennis court on the 5th floor for the exclusive use of all owners and guests.

    WHY VISIT ESTEPONA & CASARES COASTS:
    We are only 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes by car.
    A little further West than the busy Costa del Sol, Estepona and the area of Casares offer a more relaxing experience to the guest, and a great base from which to explore further around the beautiful Andalucia region. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful beaches it is a great place for families and nature lovers.
    Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted geraniums. It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them.
    There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.
    It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do.There are many very good restaurants nearby and many boutiques, cafes and bars.
    On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants&nightlife.
    Another recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”.
    Guest access
    We are on the 4th floor but the building has its own roof top pool & tennis court on the 5th floor for the exclusive use of all owners and guests. Please note there are stairs up to pool (20 max) as lift only goes to 4th floor.

    Please note:
    Pool is normally closed October to April .
    Communal property which includes everything outside of our property such as Lifts/Garages/Corridors/Lobby/Pools & Tennis courst are included for our guests, but these belong to the Community of Owners and can be subject to temporary closure due to maintenance which is not up to us individual owners as it is not like a hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

    VERY IMPORTANT: Please follow the rules and instructions which are printed by the pool specially respecting neighbours ,showering first , no glass, take rubbish and vacating sunbeds when not in use …. – Thank you for your Co-operation.
    Other things to note
    Please note:
    1. We cannot usually accept very small children in this property so please ask us first.
    -BOOKING CONDITIONS:
    - For insurance purposes, the minimum age of main renter is +35yrs.
    - Nº of persons, names and ages (including children) must be given before the booking.
    -Upon arrival we will need your passports /Ids to sign the rental contract and register with the local authorities.
    -The deposit is non-refundable, therefore we advise our guests to take out travel insurance.
    -Our Minimum stay is usually 1 week. (In shorter stays there will be a cleaning and laundry charge).
    -Strictly no pets/no vaping or smoking inside (you may smoke on the balcony) /no parties allowed.
    -In Spain, by law the renters must obey the Community & building rules , to take care of the communal property, and respect the neighbours or can be asked to leave.

    Our price includes for all our properties
    • Underground parking in the building included in the price
    • Lifts/Pool (not heated) are included, but these belong to the Community
    • Air Conditioning (Hot/Cold)
    • Entry and exit cleaning
    • We include sheets, towels and linen as well as beach towels per person booked.
    • Includes WIFI, electricity, water. (Except discounted long winter rentals electricity is charged at market rates - price varies per KW so we will let you know).
    In stays over 11 nights a mid-stay clean is included & change of linen & towels (except long discounted stays) ….. Please note the mid stay clean is complimentary, (its normally early at 10am or after 4pm, due to the heat ,so if we cannot access the property we can’t re schedule on short notice). We ask you to leave the house tidy for the mid-stay clean so our ladies can work swiftly and please remove all rubbish. They have a key.
    • We provide a welcome basket with water,coffee capsules,drinks & snacks on arrival
    • We provide soap and toilet paper/basic cleaning products
    • Fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cooking utensils,etc)
    • A washing machine and iron/ironing board & airer

    ESTEPONA:
    Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted geraniums. It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them. There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere. 
    On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants. There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and also Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants.

From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”. 
    Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away. 
    THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE: 
    From here you can easily make day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Alhambra in Granada and Cordoba and Sevilla. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada. 
    Also not to be missed is the stunning town of Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive up the mountains. 
    We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. Tarifa is a beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes.

Loved It

We are 3 couples and all of us enjoyed our stay. There is so much to mention but the beach front location as well as the surrounding cafes and restaurants were excellent. We would return again in a heartbeat. Any concerns we had (one of the shower drains got plugged) were addressed and resolved quickly.

Gemütlich in bester Lage

Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt in der sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung. Delphintour ausgefallen, dafür Delphine vom Balkon beobachtet! Die Lage ist wirklich top, in die eine Richtung wenige Schritte ins Zentrum, in die andere Richtung schnell auf dem Strandpfad aus der Stadt. Gerne wieder.

Everything was excellent. Only small issue was that the hot tub was not available due to drought & water shortages. This could of been communicated before the booking rather than after the booking. This was resolved to our satisfaction. We had a great time!

Superb location

Loved Estepona and the apartment is in a superb location. Walking distance for everything you could want, the old town, the marina and port and restaurants galore The swimming pool wasn’t in use sadly and the hot tub too dirty to use. The roof top terrace is a bit tired, not terribly clean and the third (and tiny) bedroom upstairs is accessed by a very narrow staircase with no storage so be aware. It didn’t really work for 6 adults. Other than that the rest of the apartment is beautiful. Tania and Carlos were excellent and we had some groceries on our arrival which was a nice touch. Recommend especially for 4 people.

Disappointed

So very sad. The duplex is perfectly located. Couldn’t be surpassed. The lounge and dining area are fabulous. With wonderful uninterrupted view of the Med. The master bedroom is large with great wardrobe space. The second bedroom is on the small side, but adequate. He advertised third bedroom is tiny and seems to have been added later. The access to that room is dangerously precarious. It is accessed by very narrow spiral staircase. It isn’t suitable for children, the elderly or those with walking difficulties. My friends who are in their 50’s booked into a hotel after 3 nights of a 10 night holiday. The lady was very fearful of those very narrow treads. To make matters worse the pool was closed to the residents the day before we arrived because of the water shortage/drought in Spain. Sadly our holiday was ruined.

Location, location Location!

If your looking for the perfect base in Old town Estepona then this has to be the one. The luxury apartment is located right on the beach with fantastic views of beach and on a good day Gibraltar. Tania and Debbie were beyond helpful and this efficient and friendly made the whole holiday all the more enjoyable! The only well flagged warning is the concrete spiral staircase but we found it okay! I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment ideally located to explore the myriad of cobbled streets bedecked in flowers. We will ertaiy be back.

Fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt och bra läge

Allt praktiskt från första kontakt till in-och utcheckning fungerade perfekt. Lägenheten ligger jättebra, både nära stranden och nära restauranger och shopping. Fin och välutrustad lägenhet. Det enda som drar ner betyget lite är att det inte är någon utsikt om man sitter och äter på takterrassen. Står man upp ser man däremot till Afrika. Vi använde balkongen och därifrån är det fantastisk utsikt. Väldigt trevligt bemötande av Carlos som skötte in och utcheckning, hade handlat frukost och snacks till vi kom och även hjälpte till med tips om restauranger och resa till Gibraltar under veckan. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

A Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks starting in the middle of January to escape our Canadian winter. The location for us was perfect as the paseo maritimo and the beach were right outside the door of our building without having to cross a single street! As the paseo is level and paved, we could take our daily walks along the gorgeous seaside easily (despite some mobility issues). The apartment building is in the heart of Estepona so all of its restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. We did not have a car but with walking and local buses we were able to go almost everywhere we wanted to go along the coast. The apartment is exactly as pictured and was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything that one would need for a long stay. The living room is bright and sunny as there are floor to ceiling windows on two sides overlooking the beach and the sea. Although there is a large rooftop terrace, we most often took the sun from the small balcony off the living room in order to be able to watch the comings and goings on the paseo below.

Sensationelles Wohnung

Erste Reihe Strand, auch im Winter den ganzen Tag Sonne, direkt an der Altstadt. Die Lage ist schlichtweg einmalig. Insgesamt eine Toplocation. Die Wohnung ist Top ausgestattet und vor allem sind die Boxspringbetten super bequem. Die Betreuung durch Tanja und Debbie ist excellent. Es gab ein kleines technisches Problem, dass sofort gelöst wurde. Wir können das uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden es auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Wir hatten das Objekt für 4 Wochen gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden.

Amazing place

One of the rare occasions where you walk in and see a property exactly as described. This is a beautiful place on the beach. Clean and comfortable with a beach and restaurants all around. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place and a good time

A lovely apartment in a slightly decrepit building. Right on the beach with great views and spectacular sunrises. Tania snd Debbie could not have been more helpful..

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. There were 4 of us. My brother and his son had travelled from Canada and were so impressed with the property when they arrived. Well worth the trip across the Atlantic!!! The apartment was exactly as described. The accommodation was superb. There was everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. Tania kindly left a welcome pack which was so gratefully received. The views from the balcony were spectacular. We sat out there having our breakfast and in the evening watching the moon rise and listening to the sea. The roof top terrace is a great place to chill and subathe. The location is perfect. Its a short walk to the town which is charming. Lots of restaurants and shops. No need for a car at all. It was one of the best places we have rented and we will definitely be visiting again. Tania was a perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and it was comforting to know she was at hand if we needed anything. Thank you Tania for a very memorable stay and for being such a good host. We will look forward to returning in the future.

Helt fantastisk semester, mycket bad och god mat. Snygg, lugn och trevlig stad!

Vi bodde i denna mycket fina lägenhet under nästan två veckor i Juni. Vi var fem vuxna och två barn. Läget är kanon, vi njöt av utsikten över medelhavet från balkongen. Bra strand direkt när vi kom ut från huset och många bra restauranger bara några få minuters promenad bort. En mindre allmän pool fans uppe på taket där vi badade en hel del. Barnen tyckte det var toppen att blanda pool och strand. Vi var nästan alltid själva uppe vid poolområdet. Fanns också en mindre tennisplan bredvid poolen som vi spelade på. Kändes dock lite lurigt då man kan skjuta över bollen även fast staketet är ganska högt. Kan starkt rekommenderas till större familj. Hjälpsamma hyresvärdar!

Excellent apartment and estepona is amazing.

The property was fantastic, super clean and in an excellent location. Beach on our doorstep, pool, large private terrace. 5 mins from a large supermarket. Highly recommended. Tania was a great host.
