"Decent enough- seemed like nice people and I was comfortable but a few things could have really made this place a gem- the bikes weren’t in working order- couldn’t pump up the tires. Part of why we picked this place was having access to bikes. Also, the cottage smelled like cat pee and could have been cleaner. Also lock on door didn’t work and I got spooked out about safety. Fresh egg breakfast was nice. "

"Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again."

"We had a great time at this amazing location. Steve and Diane were wonderful hosts, and the accommodations were outstanding. We enjoyed both East and West views from our space, and we enjoyed the cool temperatures during the day and at night (great sleeping weather!). We had no issues with the lack of a kitchen. The refrigerator and microwave were more than sufficient, and Diane recommended several great restaurants in the area.We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity."
