"This place is a gem. The property is gorgeous with great snorkeling right in front of the resort and a beautiful pool. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the food is delicious, but none of that compares to the quality of the service. The staff goes out of their way yo help you and make you feel at home. I cant wait to go back!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Maravu Taveuni Resort. My bure was beautiful, with the added charm of an outdoor shower, and felt tucked away in the jungle while still offering stunning sunset views over the ocean. The shower had trouble with water pressure and heat with the drought. The staff made the experience especially memorable. Ima and the front desk team were always warm, welcoming, and helpful. "Hilltop Villa was exactly as advertised — wonderful views, beautifully open layout, and excellently staffed. We had a catered dinner for six of us the day we arrived, and the food was first-rate. Same for a later breakfast and lunch. One caution: the walk down to the beach is no more than 15 or 20 minutes, but the walk back uphill can take double the time. The good news: There’s that lovely pool waiting for you when you make it back to the top."
