"The property was very nice - quiet and the rooms were better than to be expected upon outside appearance. However, the people above us made noise until 1 am and began against 5:45, with the front desk doing nothing but calling them . We spoke with the desk several times and left our phone number for a call from manager when we left. We have heard nothing"

"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look...
