"The house is a beautiful property. Everyone should stay and enjoy the architecture. Our host was pleasant and we enjoyed visiting with him. With it being during the holidays, he was a bit hectic."

"Saw this place on hotel.com and thought I’d give it a whirl. It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. "Generally clean but the hand towel had been used and there was a glob of toothpaste in the sink. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. "
