Casas de vacaciones privadas en Este de Iowa

"Charming and cozy! There was enough space for five of us to be comfortable. The property is in a nice neighborhood and quiet setting. Check in and out was very simple and the host communicates well. Cell signal is pretty bad so the wifi is nice. Waverly is a beautiful little town."

"Great easy spot with good space for a family. A bit farther from the main downtown but easily walkable."

"Very nice, cool, clean with a good location. A little awkward getting in the house due to parking and the steps in would not be good for elderly or handicapped. Very sparse on kitchen equipment-bare minimum. But all in all the beds were nice and shower great."

"Excellent property and excellent communication with Steve. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book with him again."

"We had a great experience! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Many places we’ve stayed have only enough supplies for the time you’re there (I.e two garbage bags, two dish pods, etc.) but there were plenty of supplies to get us through. The only thing I wish I knew going in was that the kitchen didn’t have things like a sheet pan or measuring cup which required us to get creative with some of our cooking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!"

"We were thankful for a dog friendly home that had a fenced in backyard. After a week of traveling our dogs loved it."

"What a lovely home to stay in. A historical farm house with beautiful grounds, in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from downtown. The house was beautiful inside and out and was able to accomodate our group of 7. A neat old house with vintage hardware floors but modern kitchen and bathrooms, and great outdoors spaces - including a porch swing on the front porch. The host was very accomodating and helped us with a date change in our reservations. Very easy to work with, easy checkin...

"Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

"Host was amazing"

"Amazing property! Very accommodating! Perfect space for what we needed. Hot tub was great! Had a fire in the fire pit."
