"nice and clean & good location"

"Nice and well kept. Private parking. Great location!!!"

"It was an easy process and very clean stay, would definitely stay again!"

"The property far exceeded my expectations and the hosts were so thoughtful. It has so much space and is well maintained and so beautifully decorated!I will be booking here again for my next trip to Indy for sure."

"Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! Sandy is a great host and the room was fantastic! I'll be looking her up in the future if I'm ever back in Indianapolis."

"Great little place! It was slightly difficult to get to the correct unit with the directions. However, the host did a great job on communicating and helping get to the correct location! We found the gated community was extremely clean but had a lot of college kids that liked to show off their music selection. My kids loved the pool and we slept great! Still a great little spot in Indianapolis!"

"Extremely difficult to locate the entrance of the property. Hallways dirty urine stains all over the property on the carpeted areas. Bad smell throughout the building. Homeless people surrounding the property. Lots of forbidden substances smell . I wouldn't recommend this property. The unit itself was clean overall inside the studio other than that I wouldn't spend another night at this location."

"It was perfect!"

"Clean, helpful and accommodating. Busy traffic area so can hear lots of cars and people walking down Mass Ave at night, be mindful if city noise bothers you. "

"Great location near lots of good dining options and Noblesville has a very cute downtown. Spacious, quiet and clean. Easy parking, easy entry instructions. Near Ruoff if you're seeing a show, near Carmel for some other fun small downtown options, and close to Indianapolis for plenty to do. We were visiting friends in the area and will definitely try to stay here again when next in town!"
