The Lollyshop apartment is well fitted out with three generous bedrooms , 2 en-suites and one main bathroom with a great kitchen and sunroom area which was great for early mornings. It’s just a short walk to Jackman and McRoss (a must visit bakery), and both the prince of Wales and Shipwrights Arms hotels. A beautiful part of Hobart to stay in at fantastic accommodation. "

The property is so central to Hobart and all the main city attractions , but importantly it felt safe , clean and homely while we enjoyed our evenings at the home. "A perfect location for Hobart with everything very walkable. The balcony is spectacular with amazing views over Hobart. The only downside was the glass panels seperating the 2 larger bedrooms from the main room could do with being frosted. You can see into the bedrooms! "

"I cannot praise this place enough close to all amenities even a little ferry to cross the beautiful Derwent River to Hobart City. Wonderful view of Mt Wellington and the Derwent River from the lounge room. Very comfortable beds very clean. Very cute little suburb."
