"Era fresco el menú, pero la alberca super Sucia "

"El hotel estaba en remodelación. El piso de la habitación estaba híper sucio, los pies quedaban negros. Había TV, pero no estaba conectada, solo estaba de adorno, el internet pésimo y una de las colchas de una cama estaba sucia."

"Habitacion amplia, el desayuno bastante bueno, las amenidades como la alberca, jacuzzi y el meditacion room fueron bastante agradables, aunque a la alberca le hace falta un poco de calefaccion ya que el agua esta bastante fria y el tobogan no funciono, preguntamos en recepcion y no pudieron decirno el por que, al hotel le hace falta renovacion pero ya estan trabajando en eso a lo que nos comentaron, volveriamos sin problemas."

"The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. They offered eggs, sausages, cereal, juice, yogurt, and waffles, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues during my stay. The bathtub drainage was not working properly; after taking a shower, the tub filled with water even though the drain stopper was not in place, and it took a while for the water to go down. My plan for my two-night stay was to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, it was not available. The pool was dirty and green, and I was told it would not be ready until the following week. This was very disappointing, especially considering the high temperatures in the city. The ice machine was also out of service. Overall, the room and breakfast were good, but the maintenance issues and unavailable amenities made the stay disappointing."
