"Enjoyed my stay at Cozy Abode in Historic Yankton - Heart of the City. First, this place is huge - with an open concept, and CLEAN. The kitchen is well appointed with just about everything one would need, although it could use some baking sheets and a can opener. The refrigerator is full size, clean and has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser! Dishwasher is nearly silent. The living room area is large; with a couch, loveseat and large flat screen tv. The couch has been well loved...

"We needed a space for 3 adult couples 1 dog for the weekend and this was perfect! Close, spacious, and easy access to everything. The listing states 3 beds/3 baths - but it is really only 2.5 bath - which did impact the flow needed for everyone to be ready for events on time, but just a minor flux in our schedules worked just fine. The fenced in back yard was a God-send for our pup. She loved rolling in the grass. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience."

"Nice, well-kept property. Roomy for our group of 4 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs. Beautiful outdoor space. Dock with kayaks & canoes for kids. Would have liked more of a beach/swimming area but that was a 40 min drive away. Ideal if you have your own boat to use. Terri, the property manager was wonderful to work with"

"Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event."
