"This was a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. We spent most of our time out on the deck with the light trade winds and the wonderful view. Everything we could possibly need for the kitchen was there. The pool was a nice treat. The owner was very available for question and advice. We never even had to turn on air condition beause the breeze was so nice. I highly recomend this home we had such a great time."

"Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Villa Santa Cruz. The Villa is beautiful and well laid out for separate families within the family. The location is ideal - secluded on a rocky beach but still close to many things including Christiansted and the Salt River Marina. It was a perfect location for us to celebrate our anniversary."

"Tracy is a wonderful host! She presented us with many ideas for activities and was in direct contact with us multiple times to insure that our stay was to our liking. We originally were planning to stay in Fredricksted, but changed last minute. We made the right choice. We are already talking about going back and Tracy will be our first choice."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3, but the cleaners were not finished until almost 4. The a.c. in one bedroom wasn't working and while it was addressed swiftly, it still wasn't ever fixed. There is next to nothing when it comes to supplies for cooking in house and the pool area itself is nice, but the grill there was terrible. Mahogany birds are expected on island, but actually roaches in the kitchen drawers are not. I hope the new owner takes the time to actually clean up and repair this place...

"The property was gorgeous, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The experience was perfect, and the host was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Unfortunately, the sargassum came in earlier than expected so we were unable to use the private beach to swim but still able to sit outside and enjoy the island breeze.
