"Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where"

"tenia reservado con transporte del eirepuerto al hotel y no se presento nadie el hotel de 5 estrella de eso nada de nada mal sitio mala comonicacion y mejor no contar de estar en el hotel alas dos de madrugada llegamos alas siete de la mañana que mas cuento los pagos de taxi del airepuerto segun el hotel la culpa es vuestra por no apisar la hora de llegada"

"The hotel is located in a beautiful building. Although the hotel is not modern, I found the incredible decoration of the place to be a highlight of my stay. The room was very large and had a fridge, and it was perfect for a quick visit to Kuwait City. The view from the roof is incredible, and I absolutely loved the Persian decor of the lobby and hallways. Would stay again! "

"I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT EXIXTS A POOL. THE RESIDENCE IS ANOTHER NAME WHICH MISLEADS PEOPLE. I WAS 5 HOURS LOOKING FOR THE PLACE. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. NOTHING AROUND. PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DO NOT ANYTHING. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INFORMATION OR DIRECTIONS. SO, I WAS LIKE BEING IN A PRISON. THIS IS NOT MAGIC SUITE ALSHAEB, IT IS LA RESIDENCE. "Disappointed, 2 years ago I stayed in the same property, rooms has been deteriorated considerably and without amenities at all. Very old and un confortable matres. Also it was indicated that parking free of charge but there is no parking in the hotel, parking very difficult in the street."
