"If you're looking for a posh stay while you're in town, this is definitely the place!! Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. "The location and property were awesome! 4 dudes in a one bathroom wasn't the greatest but made it work. We parked at the parking garage around the corner the entire time we were there, and walked around everywhere. Cincinnati has a tram and bus that come around frequently, you can get around easily. Loved the property, very generous and had everything. It does however have stairs and I would say not handicap accessible."

"I think that I was grossly over charged for $600.99 for two nights. Looking at the other few guests, they did not pay more than $150.09 per night. The breakfast was a joke. A lovely old hotel but the staff was surely not fitting with the decor. Tattoos Hippy like attitude come on are the Communists taking over culture next to Musik Hall. "The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. The pictures of the balcony and its view were a big reason why I paid extra for this hotel. But because of the limited hours it is open to visitors, I never got to even use it.
