"We had a fabulous couple of days here, from the personal welcome as you arrive and the glass of Prosecco as you check in, the staff were all very welcoming and work hard to make the stay special. The spa, the food, the cocktails were all great and thank you for our upgraded room, we loved it."

"The stay was pleasant although there were concerns. Our room had "hidden step"between bathroom and bedroom, it should be highlighted with hi viz reflective tape.
