"Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property. It was way below an acceptable standard. To start with it was listed that the key would be in a key box at the property and it wasn’t. We then received a message to collect it from a vendor a mile away. "Hotel en zona de Piccadilly, es un hotel con encanto pero a mí me tocó una habitación sin ventanas solo tenía un tragaluz, suerte que hacía frío y no me hizo falta el aire condicionado. Me llamó la atención que no tienen “servicio de limpieza “ como tal , dicen que ser un poco “ecológicos” solo pasan hacer las habitaciones cuando la dejas . La única pega que podría poner es que los recepcionistas del hotel no hablan Español, creo que sería bueno que hablaran más idiomas a parte de inglés ya que es un hotel y reciben gente de todo el mundo . Pero aún así fuero muy amable y me ayudaron con todo."
