"We really enjoyed our stay at the Tickled Trout. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Our room was lovely . It was really warm when we were there as it was in the middle of a heatwave. We took a fan with us although they did say there were some available. There was a small window in our room which looked out onto a fairly busy road so could be quite noisy if window was open. "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
