"The room we booked was a two bedroom apartment with a cinema room and a kitchen. It was spacious as it had two bathrooms and a huge lounge - perfect for a family. The slight downside was the tv and sound system wasn’t working in the cinema room but overall the staff were helpful by allowing us to check out a little later than normal.
I have to give special mentions for Jane and Katie (at the reception desk) and Harry (restaurant and bar). All of whom were excellent with the way they interacted...

"FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊"

"Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background."

"Gorgeous house sitting next to a farm. Not location I thought it would be on the map as there is a dual carriageway between it and Christchurch town. A local told me we could have walked down the road and over the footbridge into centre within 20mins.
