"This was the perfect location to explore Lisbon. Leo made our check in a breeze and was an absolute gem in making recommendations and checking in to see if there was anything that was needed during our trip. We were within walking distance of anything we needed. As noted in other reviews there are stairs to navigate. We didn’t mind because it helped burn some of the many calories we were consuming!"

"Location was great! It was easy to walk to many tourist sights! We did not receive the check in code prior to checking and because we did not have cellular data, it was very difficult to check in. Another issue was the tourist tax. They requested we leave euros on the table which we did, however 2 weeks later they were asking for us to pay it again via a payment link."
