"Great place to stay and had everything we needed as a family of four. Kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook any mean. Beds were very comfortable and the "kids" room was separate enough from the living area they could go to sleep without being disrupted by the living area. The house was a very easy walk to a metro station. Had no concerns walking to it with our 9yo daughter and never had to cross a major road to get to an entrance. Backyard area was beautiful. "I would stay here again. It was a reasonable price for a nice space. 22 minute walk from the nearest metro at Georgia/Petworth. Beware that some windows don't have treatments if you plan to use the pullout couch leading to a lot of morning sun. A few quirks such as a broken china cabinet, kinks in the paper shades, and a wireless connection on the TV that needs to have a light switch on, but overall well kept up with good amenities. My biggest concern was not the space but communication....

"The property was perfect for our family of 4 with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a fully stocked kitchen and nice living room/dining room. It was two blocks to a main road with restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. 1/2 mile walk to the metro was very convenient. "We had an excellent stay. The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants and the metro/bus stops. The neighborhood is beautiful, lots of greenery and beautoful landscaping. Perfect for morning walks. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we could have needed and more. "I had a lovely stay! The place was very well appointed. Home away from home. Great kitchen with everything you need. Bed super comfortable. Pullout was very comfortable. Communication was super easy and fast with the property management. The neighborhood is awesome. Easy to get to Adams Morgan restaurants, shops and services. Safeway a couple of blocks away. Metro close by. Really an ideal spot for a visit to DC."

"This property was the perfect location for us. It was clean, the towels were fluffy, the washer/dryer were nice for an unexpected spill on our clothes, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed (we didn’t cook much), sofa and loveseat were especially nice, the bed - very comfortable and the AC kept the unit at the perfect temperature at night. We would definitely consider this location again. Even the birds in the backyard were always chirping and happy."
