"The basic amenities were lacking. Not enough blankets and towels provided. Host response to issues not helpful. Apt cleaning issues not explained or resolved. Dirty bed sheets and a large bag left outside of the apt never claimed or removed. Attempts to directly communicate with host via email obstructed by VRBO software blocking email exchanges and photo attachments within application.
