"Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. "

"We were in town for a family occasion, this was a perfect spot for us. The spaces were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable beds with plenty of linens. Everything is new and fresh. It's clearly a new rental, so some small things are still in development, like a towel rack in the bathrooms, and the new keys can get a little sticky. But we're likely to come back the next time my sister throws a big party!"

"Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!"

"My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again!"

"We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in this magnificent property. It's rare to find something spacious and comfortable in New York when you come with a large family. There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. The distance to the Big Apple is a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood where the property is located is very safe...
