"The Stay was nice. The only trouble was after checking in we discovered our pooch wasn't allowed in the main lodge where our room was booked. Guest registration was able to switch the booking around to another building to accommodate my pooch. It was a very positive experience. The front desk person was understanding of the mix up. If you have a pooch and book through Expedia, call the resort ahead of time to ensure the reservation is for a pet friendly room. I will book here again. The...

"Easy contactless check in with timely responses. Quiet and clean. Lots of options for families to engage in activities. "The management & staff were recently replaced so it was a bit chaotic however I did not blame it on them, they did their best to resolve any issues and do really care about guest experience. Overall I would say they have a lot of work ahead of them however it was a great stay for the fall colors this year. I look forward to staying again next time I am in the area."

"From the outside we were a little skeptical (old fashion motif). One step in the door and it felt like home. Warn, clean, and the lounge was PERFECT. We played cribbage and met some new friends. We will definitely be back! What a great little place!"
