"This place is/was a Super 8. The only thing designating it as a "Comfort Inn Express" is a banner hung on the wall that is falling off. This is a small town hotel, so with that expectation...the staff didn't speak well enough to be understood easily. When we got to the room the temperature was 60 ..."

"Breakfast was to be served until 10 am, but all the hot food was gone by 9:30. No one was available to ask about the food. Our room key quit working on the day we were to check out. We went to breakfast and couldn't get back into our room. I had to go back to the desk twice and it still didn't work ..."
