It also has direct access to a terrace with a barbecue and wonderful views, allowing the entire space to be bathed in natural light.
The elegant kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and other equipment to help you in your day-to-day life.
The lower floor also has two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a full bathroom.

The property is located in Apúlia, a picturesque coastal village in northern Portugal, with good transport options to the surrounding area.
The Arriva Norte bus network serves the region, with connections to the nearby cities of Esposende (around 10 minutes) and Barcelos (around 20 minutes). The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the property.
Local taxis and TVDE vehicles (Uber, Bolt) are available in the area for more comfortable journeys.
Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO), in Porto, is approximately 45 to 50 minutes by car (around 50 km), making it the most convenient way to reach the airport.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).
We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.
For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
