Some friends booked the cabin next to ours and we had a blast being able to sit on the deck, listen to music on the record player, play boardgames, and relax. "This is the most adorable little place! It was clean, airy, and very convenient to the local hiking and sightseeing areas. The gate on the driveway limits access, giving a feeling of safety above and beyond the usual. Will definitely be staying again!"

"Absolutely breathtaking views and amazing wildlife! This little hidden gem offers everything you could ask for out of a getaway! We had no problems with finding the place, but it is definitely a one car road so be mindful of those directions! It got cool on us a couple nights while we were there, we wished we could've used the fireplace in the living room but we didn't. Overall an absolutely amazing experience! Looking to be able to bring our family out!"

"We stayed the weekend at Bear Bluff retreat to hike nearby state parks and view the waterfalls. It was perfect! The cabin is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and the amenities are well thought out giving you everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient and the view is spectacular! We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunsets and peace each evening and a calm cup of coffee each morning. The star gazing is amazing! I haven’t seen that many stars in years....

"Clean, modern, and secluded. The driveway is VERY curvy and the cabin sits on top of a mountain. You need to drive slowly and carefully especially at night! The cabin sits on top of a mountain. It is secluded and very dark outside at night. It was very clean and new inside. The owners made us an excellent charcuterie that also included grapes and 3 kinds of cheese. "After having problems getting into the cabin our stay went very well. The drive getting to the cabin was a little rough but we took it slow and had no problems. The highlight of our stay was sitting on the deck listening to the birds. The cabin is secluded and is so quiet and peaceful. We’d love to come back sometime. "
