"The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. "We stayed there for a total of 14 days. The room is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. Everyone is so helpful and going out of their way to help us. The location is great with lots of food and shopping. There’s the MRT, train and high speed train station right below the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "
