"The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. Great location."

"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

The location is great with lots of food and shopping. There’s the MRT, train and high speed train station right below the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "

The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extra food and drinks were appreciated. "Very kind and helpful staff - we really appreciated being able to store our luggage prior to check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. Jiufen can be quite busy and loud, so we loved the inn’s quieter location, while still being conveniently walkable to the main bus stop for day trips and hikes."
