Located in Erquy, beside the town beach and close to the harbour, this 50 m² apartment accommodates up to 2 guests for a stay where the sea remains part of the scenery throughout the day. Set on the 2nd floor of a residence with a lift, it offers direct access to the beach and a practical base for exploring Brittany’s Emerald Coast.

The living room opens through a large window onto the terrace. Outdoor furniture makes it possible to enjoy breakfast facing the sea, have lunch outside when the weather allows or extend the evening after a coastal walk.

The kitchen-bar is equipped for independent holidays: hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher make everyday meals easier after the beach or a visit to the market.

The bedroom also includes a wardrobe and an adjoining dressing area. The shower room is fitted with a shower and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The private underground garage removes the need to search for parking during the summer season and makes daily travel easier.

From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between beach days, harbour walks, visits to Cap d’Erquy and outings along the coastal paths. Erquy town centre and its shops are also within easy reach.
