Located in Erquy, in a quiet neighbourhood approximately 700 metres from Plage du Centre and 800 metres from shops, this detached 120 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor, the spacious living room includes a television and two patio doors opening directly onto the well-exposed terrace. A dining table with 6 chairs is suitable for meals after the beach. The living area also offers a partial sea view.

The open-plan kitchen includes a hob with 3 gas burners and 1 electric ring, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It allows guests to prepare meals easily during their stay.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200, without shutters

Upstairs, the bathroom includes a bath and washbasin. Separate toilets are available upstairs and on the ground floor.

The well-exposed terrace naturally extends the living area. The courtyard and small garden provide outdoor space, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue available for meals outside.

The basement includes a garage and washing machine. The vehicle can be parked in front of the garage door or inside the garage, making arrivals and everyday travel easier.

From the house, Plage du Centre is within easy reach. Erquy harbour and coastal paths offer easy access to the pink sandstone landscapes of Brittany's Emerald Coast.
