This is a really amazing house with excellent communication from the property host as well as attention to detail. We were a large group of 15 people and had a very good time in the evenings by the pool and exploring the area, which is really well situated for plenty of day trip options. There were fires in Kranidi which led to electrical issues on the first few days of our trip. The hosts were attentive to these, however the air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms was not repaired, which meant the upstairs adult bedrooms were 95 degrees all night, making them unusable even with fans. We didn’t mind having to spread out throughout the rest of the house to sleep, but given that at least two of the bedrooms were not usable for sleep, at least a partial refund would have been fair. Had we known that the air conditioners were not going to be repaired for the entirety of our 7 night stay, we would have rented some additional rooms nearby, but we were told they were going to be fixed with each day. I totally understood that the fires were not expected, and we still had a great time, however for the very price I would have expected some degree of refund. I would highly recommend staying here, however I would not risk renting there at the height of fire season in the future.
