"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."

"Absolutely loved it. The Barn is such a comfortable and cosy place and the views from it are stunning. Exactly the place to go to get away from the rat race and enjoy some peace and quiet. "Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

"Well located, quiet but at literally 1-minute walking distance from the very center of Bath and 5-minute walk from Train Station and Central Bus Stop (bus from closer airport -Bristol- stops there every 30 minutes peak hours and every hour off-peak) . Spacious and perfect for a 5-people stay. Tidy and spotlessly clean. No doubt I will repeat when coming again to Bath."

"This is such a nice property, clean, bright and fresh! The location is ideal for exploring Bath. We arrived after 9 days in a hotel in London, and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. My elderly dad really appreciated the lift. Communications and check-in were easy, and our hosts were instantly available by phone when we had a question about the front door access. We also loved the recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Thank you!"
