"Estaba muy sucio. Manchas en las sabanas, pelos en las camas y refrigeradora. Manchas de comida en las paredes. Docenas de colillas de cigarrillos y pedazos de comida en los balcones. Personal muy poco amable. Estaba tan mal que no me pude quedar aunq no quisieron devolverme el dinero de la primera noche, tuve que irme y pagar otro hotel."

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. "Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍"

"The location was central to all the places we wished to visit along the 2 lakes. We had a rental car so parking on premises was a bonus. The accommodation was roomy for the 5 adults in the family. The kitchen was well appointed so we could cook meals with groceries from the nearby COOP. The Interlaken discount card Monika provided saved us a few Euro in admission fees at several attractions. She was a hospitable and welcoming hostess. I highly recommend."

"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"Perfectly located (only a couple of minutes from Wengen train station). The apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The balcony is lovey (big table that sits 6 people) and there is a BBQ! Else the electric lock on the entrance door is really convenient as it avoids the need to exchange keys (and potentially loose them). All in all the region is spectacular and one of the prettiest we got to see in our 10 days trip to Switzerland. We love Wengen and this is the second time we stay...
