Management and communication was exceptional.
We had a rather serious issue upon arrival. The management was beyond apologetic and rectified the situation in a timely manner and did everything possible to make it up to us.The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. There are a few things that really need addressing before you would reach an excellent rating.
