Wonderful basement apartment in a safe neighborhood!
We recently stayed here for a weekend girl’s getaway! The home is lovely and in a very safe feeling neighborhood. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Communication with the owner was easy. We did want to mention that since this is a basement apartment, you can hear foot traffic and the occasional conversation from upstairs. But we never heard anything during normal sleep times 9Pm-9am. We weren’t bothered by it at all… but wanted to mention it for others. We also had a couple of minor issues with cleanliness. Both bathrooms had soap and hair on the soap dish tray. The master bath mirror looked like it had been sprayed down but then not wiped. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves. And the microwave had some food on the inside. These were not a huge deal, as we just wiped them clean and went about our day. The rest of the apartment was very clean! Including the beds! Which is what really matters to me! Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, finding the amenities perfect for our needs. If I were to ever stay in the area, it would love to stay here again.

Nice Basement Apartment
Stayed in this apartment over the weekend with a friend of mine. It was plenty spacious for the two of us. I came directly from a week in Glacier National Park so I appreciated the host stocking the laundry room so I could do a load of laundry. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area. We spent most of our time in Boulder which was very close by but this apartment was much more affordable than the options we had in Boulder. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Prime area
Very clean and quite home. An elite community close to many different areas. Well worth the expense. The owner was very helpful and available.

Think bare minimum
Yes, was clean, nice neighborhood. But in a basement owners lived overhead. Got loud whenever someone moved upstairs. Provided with bare minimum but adequate.

We (2 people) live upstairs on the second floor. Between the basement and the second floor is the first floor acting as a buffer that helps limit the noise to the minimum. Thanks for your review anyway.

Comfy with lots of space
This walk-out basement was very comfortable. Beds were comfy. So much space! It was nice to have 2 bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was spacious so everyone can help out cooking/clean up. Washer/dryer was a benefit too. The hosts communicated well with us and were very responsive with any help we needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful and there was a wonderful bicycle/walking trail at the end of the street. We would gladly stay again.

Excellent Lodging
We stayed with our 2 young children and parents while in town for a family wedding. The property was perfect if you are traveling with children - lots of space, toys to play with. I was especially thankful to discover they had a washer/dryer for us to use. Hoang Tran was very easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Colorado.

When we arrived it was snowing. You have into the back yard to get to the room. The pathway is steep and hard to manage. Especially when it is snowing. When we entered the property we were told to put our shoes into the corner and wear the sandals that were provided. We also could hear everything from upstairs. We finally left and went to a hotel.

Great location, clean, roomy and private
This home was a great location for us, as we were within easy driving range of downtown Denver, as well as close to the natural sights and towns in the Rocky Mountain foothills. Hoang provided everything that we needed. The living and sleeping arrangements were spacious, clean and private. Would stay here again! John and Lilian.

Great option for family
We enjoyed our stay! The spacious bedroom is perfect for multiple people, ideal for children. Plenty of little toys to keep them interested. The neighborhood is beautiful and has great walking paths and walkable playground. A bit far out from restaurants etc but a grocery is just a few minutes drive away. Conveniences of washer and dryer were very nice. Apartment is well maintain, bright and cheerful decor. Would recommend!

It was clean, quiet, and convenient. There wasn't anything to dislike. We suggested they provide a list of the TV channels (we were from 3 different States, so not familiar with the local channels).

Amazing place with very friendly and accommodating host.
This was one of the best properties I’ve rented in this area. There was plenty of space, toys for my kids to play with and Mr. Trang even brought a basketball down for my kids to use on the basketball court in their backyard! The hosts gave us plenty of privacy but were always available if we needed them. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again!

The house was very clean.
We had plenty of room for everyone, celebrated Christmas and there was lots of toys for the children to play with. The older boys enjoyed the Foosball table. There was a very nice backyard the little ones enjoyed. The owners of the home were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Comfortable Stay
The rooms were large and I booked it because it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was hard to find. It was very clean. Furniture was a little sparse in living room with an odd arrangement but we made it work. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were AWFUL. They were old and "Pilly", very rough. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Family was a little noisy on the night we arrived but the piano music was lovely and it was Christmas Eve. The rest of the time we didn't hear a thing. Overall a nice experience. One thing to note, the basement does not have its own thermostat so you can't adjust the temperature. We didn't really use the kitchen so can't comment on it's functionality.

Roomy and comfortable
This roomy basement was just what we needed to house six of our family members while visiting in the area. It is in a nice neighborhood, the rental space is cheery and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. We were able to do all the cooking we wanted to do and we enjoyed the wide screen TV with DVD player. Checking in and out was easy. No soap in the shower, however.

Clean & Comfortable
We were looking for a place between downtown Denver, RMNP, and the airport. This place fit the bill. We were out hiking every day, but it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable place in the evenings. It had everything we needed. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Clean and large!
This is the basement of a family's house, and so you can hear people upstairs, and we worried that we needed to be quiet. It would be helpful if there was more silverware and pans. The price seems a bit too expensive, but the whole Front Range is pricey. The Fooseball table was very popular with our kids! :) Thanks!

This was a nice and comfortable home for our family of 4. We wanted a central place to stay, and we day tripped to Boulder, Denver, Longmont, and Estes Park. Nice hike and bike trails just a couple blocks away were a nice way to start our day as well.

Very clean, lots of room, private. Exactly what we needed.
This was the perfect home base for us to enjoy the graduation of our oldest from CU. The basement is huge and full of natural light thanks to the walkout side with large windows. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had several meals there at the house. The Trangs were very nice the few times we spoke, and responsive to our text messages when we had questions. But they were also very unobtrusive and we had all the privacy we wanted. Thank you so much for opening your home. It was so much more convenient and comfortable than a hotel ever could have been. I would recommend this property to all, and would stay there again if the need arose.

Great place to stay. Fully finished basement with kitchen, 2 bed and 2 bath, dish washer and washing machine. They had everything in the kitchen we could think of. They had lot of toys for the kids to play with. Perfect place if you are traveling with kids, can easily accommodate 2 families. Mr. Hong Trang was kind enough for an early check-in. Great value for money.

Great place to stay!
We are a family of 4 and we stayed here while our house was being listed and shown. Seemed easier to leave for a few days then to stay and worry about keeping it show ready. This rental was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners are helpful and considerate as well. We highly recommend this property!

It had all the necessary utensils and items for 6 adults in the house.
The master bedroom had a closet and private bathroom. The living room was open and had a lot of space. The kitchen was conveniently located inside the house. The small room had a queen size bed and a one twin. The restroom was separate and conveniently located to small room. The things would of been great to have in the house: bathtub and cooking pans. Overall experience, the host had put a lot of work into making this house as welcomed as possible. That is seen throughout the house. 5/5

Not your typical basement!
My family and I were so impressed with the size of this basement, the cleanliness and the ammentites. It has easy access from the backyard, parking is never an issue and you can't beat the price! Erie is a beautiful town with awesome walking/running trails. The location is gorgeous countryside with nearby grocery stores, Target and Costco. We are from Albuquerque, home of the largest international balloon fiesta, each morning as I ran the trails I got to see hot air balloons, both flying and landing. The Tran family are excellent hosts! I highly recommend their place!
