Hello the high pet fee is to discourage folks from bringing pets, we prefer no pets as there is higher wear and tear on the property plus it spoils the stay of folks who follow and are allergic to pets and often we don't discover pet urine stains in some corner until someone staying with us complains about it, by which time its could be too late. We'd rather not deal with these problems in the first place. But we do understand some folks must have their pets with them, in that case they should be willing to pay little bit more than what the pet daycare costs. If our fees is less than the daycare centers then every pet owner will bring pets as its cheaper for them to bring pets along. The fees we charge for longer stays is still considerably less than what the pet daycare centers would charge them to take care of their pet. Also for liability reasons and due to City zoning rules we cannot provide any food items to guests.

Hi, I responded to your every message and we don't give out check-in information in advance for security reasons. We don't want guests going to the house before their arrival date and disturbing folks who are staying there. Thanks!
